Provolone is an Italian “pasta filata” cheese made of cow’s milk. “Pasta” refers to the word dairy and “filata” comes from the word filare which means pulling apart or knead. We offer a Provolone dolce which has a mild taste. Our Provolone is a PDO cheese (Protected Designation of Origin) made in Valpadana region, Italy.
