Earlier this year we conducted a survey to get a better understanding of how we could improve our service to our customers. The survey consisted of questions about our products, service, but also how customers experience the collaboration with Vepo Cheese.
A large number of our valuable customers responded to the survey, providing us with clear direction and feedback.
We are currently implementing several initiatives that will make it easier and better for our customers to do business with Vepo Cheese.

- Optimization of the complaints process
- Investment in a new IT system
