Monterey Jack is originally an American semi-hard cheese. According to history Spanish missionaries introduced the cheese in 1700 in the village Monterey, California, USA. Mr. David Jack was the first to commercialize the cheese and soon it was called “Monterey Jack”. It is a mild white cheese with a light salty and sour taste.

We make cheese portions in various sizes and packaging.
